I should never hold you to racism if you ever ask me if I love either or.
Why?
Cuz if I ask you the same the question, and you're white, you'll say you love it too.
Cuz I know very few people who dont like fried chicken or kool aid. thats the way it is.
I feel like im better than the white kids, not better than the black kids.

Its difficult to tell you why I feel that way. Maybe its because I feel I come
from a better culture than the white kids I go to school with.
But not true enough to my culture compared to the black kids I grew up with 7 years of my life.
I dont limit dating to just my race.

An Athlete.
As a Junior in High School, I won State in Long Jump with a 21.10 1/2 jump.
I think thats absolutely stupid
A state winning jump should be 23 feet. At least
I constantly beat myself up for that.
I dont want people to think I'm a superior athlete because my competition wasnt the greatest.
I only won State for my school 5A class anyway. Other kids got better jumps in other classes.
Im willing to say that im not as good an athlete I want to be because I can apply myself further.
When I was younger, I let my color get to my head and already deemed myself a better athlete than the other color. Simply because I could.
That held me back from training
I never trained.
When I played basketball, I would play for fun in my free time. But I would never practice the aspects that I needed to perform like a star.
The led to me quitting basketball competitively.
I took up Track, and im now more mature and focused on the sport.
And realize I do have to train and edure pain to become what I want to be.

A Boyfriend. (currently anyway)
im a boyfriend to a woman I care a lot about.
She's helped me realize a lot of things.
the saying "opposites attract" does apply to us.
She is white.
I call her beautiful more than I do anything else.
because its true.
I wouldnt call her hot.
To me thats just demeaning.
you can hear anywhere that somebody is hot.
you wont here many people call a woman Beautiful. It truly is unique
We come from two very differnet cultures.
I met her on accident.
I can honestly say I love everything about her.
I love her for her perfections and her imperfections.
aint even seen her the past month. Been on vacation.
Trust me when I say I miss her.
She's taller than me. Puts me to shame academically.
Even athletically. She does cross country, basketball, track, and she swims
sometimes im amazed how she balances her academics and sports.
what I find most amazing is why she decided to put up with me.

We recently started dating.
She'll learn that I'm a bit different to put up with...
